Lauren oversees the delivery of advice and service to our clients, and ensures we are working like a well-oiled machine! This includes (but is not limited to) answering client queries, formulating and reviewing the business' and client strategies, assisting Kristy and our clients with the implementation of our recommendations, and all things internal administration. You will also catch Lauren working on the odd advice document (in conjunction with our Advisers and paraplanning team) as an Adviser Assistant also where required.
Lauren is a highly driven, proactive, and detail-oriented professional, with over 11 years experience in professional services and customer support. Her technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills make her a valuable asset to the team.
While in the final stages of her double HRM and Management & Leadership degree, Lauren juggles studying with a passion for innovation and creation - often finding new ways to achieve further efficiency and quality of our services, and ultimately better advise our ever-growing client base. Lauren enjoys mastering new technologies, and educating and empowering our clients so they can be confident in their long term objectives.
In her spare time, Lauren and her fiancé Alexander dote over their Australian Cattle Dog, Gretty, and renovate their 1970's Toowoomba home.
